 Rosy Dessain - Managing Director Following a successful career in commerce, in 1997 Rosy Dessain co-founded Thomas & Dessain Limited, international executive search and selection consultants. She is the Managing Director of the company and specialises in Director/Partner level positions. As the Head of the company’s legal practice, Rosy has in-depth knowledge of the legal profession in the offshore locations, gained not only as a search consultant but also through her work as a Certified Master Coach, where she specialises in the profession. Rosy is further formally qualified by examination in psychometric testing and as a Mediator. Charles Clarke is a Chartered Accountant and Non Executive Director who advises on governance issues affecting different types of entity across all business sectors. Charles has used his experience from some 30 years with KPMG, the majority of which was as a Partner, and 4 years as a Non Executive Director to develop a range of governance services. Charles runs what is believed to be the only offshore resident Non Executive Director database and bespoke matching service. This provides access to over 300 Non Executive Director candidates with a wide range of skills and experience, who can be shortlisted for final client selection on the basis of objective criteria thereby bringing a professional process to the appointment. He holds an honours degree in Commerce and the full IMRO Investment Management Certificate. Ward oversees the Interim Executive service within Thomas & Dessain. ward.jenner@thomasdessain.com  Hattie Carlton – Recruitment Consultant Hattie Carlton joined Thomas & Dessain in October 2006 after seven years of Trust & Company experience, five of which were obtained in the fiduciary department of one of the leading providers of offshore legal, fiduciary and administration services. Having graduated with an honours degree in Fashion and Textile Design she spent four years working abroad. On returning to the Island Hattie joined the finance industry and obtained the Offshore Certificate and part of the ICSA Diploma.
