Description

Exciting role supporting Head of Operations and Practice Manager with prime focus on Communications delivery of plans and activities supporting business and development strategy, involving drafting articles to promote brand, writing and publishing social media content and office PR content; updating website and delivering articles to media partners; maintaining brochure-ware; ensuring branding and imagery used; assisting with recruitment administration; attending and minuting team meetings and compiling action lists; diary management to include the set-up of meetings and arrangement of conference calls; assisting with event management planning, both client and colleague, from inception to completion.

Candidate must be a good team player; experience working for a commercial business; can demonstrate significant planning abilities; skilled in marketing and communication platforms with the ability to deliver communication content through these platforms; event management experience; able to deal with all stakeholders at all levels; flexible; advanced MS Suite knowledge; excellent document management skills; ability to take minutes and record meetings; good organisation and time management and prioritisation; aptitude and interest in systems; articulate and the ability to acquire clear instructions.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
