Description

Our client seeks the ideal person to administer small number of non-contentious clients under supervision and assist senior staff with their client portfolios; review CRM data and escalate amendments; assist with the maintenance of statutory books and records and with preparation of regulatory documentation; liaise with intermediaries; prepare payment instructions including for online banking systems and with supporting documents; understand requirements/process for payments for high risk clients; prepare billing control forms, basic correspondence and work in process reports; compile statutory filing; schedule and attend meetings; draft basic minutes and resolutions (with assistance); update meeting schedules; request appropriate CDD documentation (under supervision); update team specific spreadsheets/information; undertake general office administration.

Candidate will ideally have at least 2 years industry experience and be studying towards a professional qualification; sound academic background and working knowledge of MS Office; basic understanding of local legislation and regulations; flexible; motivated; proactive; team player; good time management; highly accurate with good attention to detail; strong commitment to client service excellence; good telephone manner.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
