Administrator - Performance and Reward Management

Our client seeks the ideal person to administer modest portfolio of share plan clients, with team management support. He/she will develop and build knowledge of team's Share Awards site and other trust accounting and management systems; awareness of and keen to develop understanding of key trustee and share plan concepts; comply with jurisdictional regulatory requirements and internal policies; establish good team and client relationships and liaise with team and clients regularly; deliver excellent client service; ensure client data integrity and client records maintained and updated; drive personal development using all resources available to achieve success; work alongside Assistant Manager assisting with workload and undertaking admin tasks under supervision.
Requirements are strong academic background and ability to work independently and on own initiative; will be supported to gain ICSA/STEP qualification; committed to achieving excellence on behalf of clients; proactive and forward thinking; good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; ideally 1-2 years experience in similar role/another area of finance industry with transferable skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
