Administrator - Private Clients

Great role opportunity to provide professional trust and company administration services to a varied portfolio of clients in Private Client within statutory guidelines. Postholder will ensure tax status of entities observed with timely completion of tax returns and payment of tax liability; prepare minutes and other meeting documents; act as immediate point of client contact; oversee maintenance of accounting records and preparation of annual accounts; manage billing process, review billing summaries and draft invoices; ensure database records input on formation/establishment (including any statutory registers or other records) and updated; monitor aged debt; ensure periodic client reviews undertaken; mentor and support training of junior team members; ensure awareness and understanding of local Regulatory requirements; escalate issues/risks arising promptly.
Educated to A level or degree standard is a requirement, as is at least two years trust and company administration experience, ideally having completed a ICSA/STEP Certificate; good technical knowledge with an understanding of local company and trust law and regulations; strong IT and interpersonal skills; a solution driven attitude to problems; flexibility; good organisational skills and the ability to work methodically and accurately; team spirit.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
