Description

Great role opportunity managing a portfolio private wealth clients, covering a variety of trust structures, in conjunction with team, and being a technical expert on client structures, including any regulatory requirements that are applicable. ensuring client records are clearly and accurately updated with all correspondence; establishing good relationships with all suppliers, team mates and clients; communicating openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis; providing new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks; driving personal development using internal resources; accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced; producing and submitting all statutory returns; assisting in the opening of bank accounts and the processing of payments; maintaining  bank statements, doc perm and safe custody duplication and protector consent records.

Candidate will have experience in a similar role; be studying towards/hold a professional qualification, ideally ICSA/STEP; able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative; strong academic background; pro active and forward thinking.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
