Our client seeks the ideal candidate to assist in managing portfolio of private wealth clients covering various trust structures, and become technical expert on client structures and regulatory requirements. He/she will be innovative on improving efficiency of tasks; drive personal development using internal resources; maintain and update client records and documents; establish good client and working relationships; liaise regularly with clients; produce and submit statutory returns; assist in opening bank accounts and processing payments; accurately record all time spent on client matters to ensure clients correctly invoiced; maintain safe custody duplication, bank statements and protector consent records.
Requirements are experience in similar role; hold/studying towards ICSA/STEP/equivalent; able to work on initiative and independently; proactive and forward thinking; strong academic background; broad understanding of fiduciary product range offered.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
