Administrator - Real Assets

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to provide quality administrative service to Real Assets customers, assisting with CDD and customer take on; mentor junior team members; database administration; arrange signing of documents; assist with meeting co-ordination; organise, hold and take minutes for meetings; arrange bank payments; draft invoices and arrange settlement; reconcile payment logs and approvals; ensure customer deadlines are met; assist with acquisition/disposal of property and re-financing; monitor diary task lists and ensure tasks are cleared on a timely basis.
Candidate will be studying/looking to start studying towards a professional qualification such as ICSA; have at least 2 years trust or funds experience in a professional environment; excellent communication skills; knowledge of local regulatory environment.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
