Description

This is a great role focusing on "internal" limited partnership, carry and co-invest documentation and internal reorganisation projects; reviewing and preparing basic legal documentation for execution by directors; liaising with global colleagues to ensure timely and efficient record keeping across all fund structures; organising board and shareholder meetings, drafting meeting agendas, preparing board meeting packs and assisting with upload of documentation to system; preparing board minutes approving the entry into transaction documentation; maintaining statutory records, data bases and schedules; assisting fund administration team in collation and update of KYC information and documentation to ensure that all local legal and regulatory requirements are met.

Candidate will desirably have legal and/or company secretarial background; ICSA IFA4/5 (or equivalent) desirable but not essential; compliance and regulatory experience desirable; competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; highly motivated, analytical, organised and accurate; ability to work in a small team; can-do attitude; ability to work under pressure and  to deadlines; excellent communication skills.  Would suit a Trainee looking for a step up.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
