Administrator/Senior Administrator, Private Equity

This exciting role administers a diverse portfolio of Private Equity/Corporate clients and ensures client relationships, expectations and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard; providing team training and technical support; maximise potential for repeat referrals; assist with incorporation of companies and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business; ensure timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines, and managing WIP and debt collection; ensure timely processing of regulatory filings via Registry portal in compliance with the local legislation and internal policies; ensure consistent high quality client service levels are met; ensure CDD processed accurately and client reviews up-to-date; keep up with regulatory changes and industry standards; assist with data input and maintenance within governance services practice management database.
Candidate will be part/fully qualified with STEP/ICSA; good communicator and relationship builder; team player; desire to succeed within a financial services role; positive and flexible approach; ability to manage and prioritise tasks, time and people in order to meet deadlines; ability to work independently; initiative, proactive, accurate and well-organised; knowledge of specialist legal industry software such as Practice Management Systems, Document Management Systems (DMS) and Viewpoint.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
