Assistant Administrator – Business Development & Marketing

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and be studying towards (or be intending to) a relevant professional qualification (such as CIM).
Postholder will provide support across the Private Client Services Division to deliver specific parts of the agreed business plan – help to measure results and ROI; website and social media content scheduling and implementation – including news articles, general updates, and staff leavers/joiners; preparing, testing and sending e-campaigns including follow-up analysis; day-to-day management of Private Client Services literature with oversight from line manager. To include updates, filing, liaising with the design agency and uploading documents; event support for Private Client Services including organisation, invitations, branded merchandise, literature and follow up; help to produce timely, relevant reporting for Private Client Services; provide a range of administration support functions to the Private Client Services Marketing team, including extracting Salesforce data.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
