ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR – FUNDS SERVICES

Great role opportunity to assist with funds activities supporting client portfolio; liaising with clients and under supervision of more senior team members. Postholder will check and maintain central diary system to ensure that deadlines are met; involvement in the review process from a trainee perspective to gain further exposure; prepare minutes and assist with the billing and collection of debtors’ process; carry out photocopying, scanning, filing and binding of documents; adhere to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
Requirements are desirably to hold a Degree of 2:1/equivalent; proactive self-starter; high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail; excellent planning and organisation; ability to work in fast paced environment with multiple priorities; strong problem solving abilities; good team player.
