Description
Our client seeks the ideal candidate to administer a client portfolio, including developing, guiding and mentoring junior team members studying for professional qualifications, providing highest quality of customer service and dealing with co sec matters. He/she will coordinate and complete regulatory obligations including stock exchange listing, Luxembourg and JFSC requirements; ensure client reporting deadlines met; prepare and implement customer specific procedures; build detailed understanding of entity specific requirements and applicable statutory regulations;answer client queries; liaise with lawyers and clients regards reviewing transaction documents; arrange and attend board meetings, prepare minutes and maintain records and logs; oversee team adherence to internal policies, deadlines and controls; oversee financial aspects - monitoring WIP; billing process, monitoring/chasing settlement of invoices
Candidate will have professional ICSA (or equivalent) qualification or be studying towards; experience in the funds/financial services industry; excellent communication and organisation skills; understanding of Jersey and/or Luxembourg statutory laws and other related legal and regulatory requirements (such as AML laws); be motivated and driven.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
