Assistant Manager - Private Clients

Great role opportunity for the right person who is a technical expert on trust structures and relevant regulatory requirements to collaborate with team to manage portfolio of private wealth clients. He/she will ensure client records are clearly and accurately updated with all correspondence; establish good relationships with all suppliers, team mates and clients; communicate openly and honestly with clients on a regular basis within SLA agreement; offer guidance and development to team through mentoring and supervision and assist in any training needs; provide new, innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks; drive personal development using all the resources available to achieve success; accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the client’s are correctly invoiced; carefully review aged debt and other financial information as required by the Finance Group.
Successful candidate will be studying towards/hold a professional qualification, ideally ICSA/STEP; be able to deal with tasks independently & use own initiative; have strong academic background; be pro active and forward thinking; have broad understanding of the wide range of Fiduciary products offered.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
