Exciting role opportunity collaborating with team to manage a portfolio of clients, offering advice from internal processes and becoming expert in technical matters and sharing knowledge with team; ensuring statutory returns prepared and submitted; communicating with clients on a regular basis; conducting meetings, producing minutes and resolutions; maintaining and updating client documents and records clearly and accurately; pro-actively completing client take-on process and liaising with relevant contact on hand-over of existing clients; actively promoting Real Estate services to existing and prospective clients; preparing fee proposals to support new business wins; undertaking UK travel in support of new business opportunities and playing key role in business development; maintaining positive client relationships; assisting with training needs; being innovative with ideas to improve efficiency; monitoring industry developments; ensuring targets met; reviewing aged debt; ensure compliance function up to date; preparing client fee notes; accurately recording client time spent.
Proven experience in a similar role is required, as is being able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative; strong academic background and hold ICSA/STEP/ACCA; preference given to candidates with specific, comprehensive experience from Real Estate environment; expert knowledge of local legislation / Corporate Governance; proficient IT skills, ideally Microsoft Outlook.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
