Description

Our client URGENTLY requires this role to be filled, supervising team Trainee Fund Administrator and Fund Administrator, managing workload; reviewing documentation packs to include checklists, board minutes and documentation schedule entries; liaising with global colleagues to ensure correct closing of multiple deals across fund structures; organising board and shareholder meetings, drafting meeting agendas - preparing board meeting packs and assisting with document uploads to system; maintaining statutory records, data bases and schedules; co-ordinating CDD information and materials to ensure local legal and regulatory requirements met; providing compliance assistance to ensure workflows completed when new investors admitted/existing investors change; ensuring filing deadlines met for annual returns, tax filings and data protection registration renewals.

Candidate will have college/university qualification; legal and/or company secretarial background; ICSA Professional/Diploma desirable; compliance and regulatory experience desirable; competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; highly motivated, analytical, organised and accurate; ability to work in a small team; can-do attitude; ability to work under pressure when required and to deadlines; excellent communication skills.                                           

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
