Assistant Relationship Manager - UK Team

Great role opportunity to provide support to members of the team and administer a portfolio of clients whilst maintaining and developing relationships with their own portfolio and the wider team’s clients, maintaining and developing working relationship with third parties and ensuring that all business is conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Group and the rules, guidelines and expectations of the local regulator; identify new opportunities to develop both existing and new client relationships; deliver and, where possible, exceed on the quantitative and qualitative performance and budget expectations of the role; work collaboratively within the team to support the strategic and operational objectives; understand, embrace and practice core culture and values such as being a great ambassador for the company, ensuring effective work processes, accountability and healthy client relationships.
Candidate will have at least 3 years of experience within a Trust environment; hold/studying for STEP/ICSA; able to build strong and effective relationships with clients; strong inter personal skills and an ability to form relationships with fellow staff members; MS Office skills; able to manage and prioritise time effectively and independently; strong oral and written English communication skills, secondary language would also be of benefit; solid all round administration skills; able to identify any material business risks; knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks; cultural awareness and sensitivity on both an individual and corporate basis; self-motivated with excellent communication skills with both staff and external intermediaries; methodical, thorough and attentive to detail; ability to prioritise workload.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
