Great role opportunity providing excellent service to clients to support development of profitable new business for Wealth Management – International whilst retaining AUM/Revenue in line with Sales & Relationship Management Sales Methodology. Postholder will act as contact to internal partners and clients, providing full expert support with banking and admin; learn about RM sales methodology through lifecycle of client relationship, including working with potential clients and building trust; gain client needs understanding, deliver solutions and how to grow client relationships; act as first line of defense for key activities and deal with requests; act as point of escalation to resolve issues and escalate/report all risk events and near misses; adhere to policies and regulatory requirements; feedback on training needs.
Candidate will have growth mind-set; be team player; have strong client service, communication and organisational skills; attention to detail; experience working in matrix organisation – managing internal relationships and influencing partners; proven track record in Client Experience Role; training will be provided. A plus would be experience in Wealth Management Support and willingness to complete professional qualification.
