Description
The Associate Director (AD) will work with several complex clients, managing their own portfolio and ensuring the quality of the delivery of service (personally and through delegation within the team). The AD will also be a leader and line manager for the team.
The AD will be confident, decisive, and working on multiple strands of activity at the same time. In support of the Client Director, they will ensure all elements of trust management are executed to the highest quality and at the pace requested.
