Associate Manager, Trust Relationship

Postholder will administer a portfolio of complex trust and company clients with a wide variety of specialised needs and review financial accounts prepared for entities under administration and provide guidance to book keepers on transactions; prepare accurate trustee and company minutes and written resolutions;ensure excellent client service, communicate with clients and identify their needs; coordinate and execute client transactions; ensure strong team and client relationships; identify and manage risk; highlight actual/potential matters involving litigation, claims, complaints; attend to any flags/issues/items in monthly MI pack and ensure no red items in Trust Divisions Risk Dashboard due to work not being completed in a timely manner; ensure no entities breach regulations; advise clients on query status; monitor client feedback; maximise company revenue by ensuring fees charged in accordance with fee agreement and costs minimised; ensure additional fees charged for work undertaken outside the scope of agreed fees; ensure no revenue written off due to beneficial owner not being advised of supplementary fee; ensure chargeable time targets met; identify new business opportunities.
Candidate will have degree and qualfiied/part-qualified in ICSA/STEP/working towards such; data management, business admin and customer understanding skills; able to interpret financial statements; knowledge of finance industry regulatory framework; 3-4 years risk management, trust and fiduciary and accounting experience.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
