This full time role involves close and regular interaction with internal colleagues and banks, investment houses, lawyers, external accountants and property managers/estate agents to provide great support service to RM Directors Trustees and Senior Associates. Duties include client take on and entity formation/termination; assist with KYC/CDD for client take on; formation and termination of trusts, companies and foundations; assist with transfers in/out of entities from/to other fiduciary providers; assist in client meeting preparations and follow up; handle documentation and resolutions with regard to transactions and restructures; assist with drafting resolutions relating to payments and settlements and Loan Agreements, Powers of Attorney, Facility Documentation and property transaction documents; prepare Payment request, Investment Recommendation and Bank Account Opening forms; liaise with other teams in managing client bank account and investment account documentation; support management of compliance issues and maintenance of records ensuring regulatory requirements satisfied; assist with admin of entities and projects and investment reviews; liaise with accountants to ensure financial accounts meet regulatory and tax purposes; ensure documents correctly filed and systems.
Postholder will be educated to undergraduate qualified level; possess some experience in the offshore and/or onshore financial services industry; have advanced MS Excel and Word plus basic PowerPoint skills; good numeracy skills and a good commercial awareness; solid administration experience; able to plan ahead and prioritise; good team player; strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; client and service focused and understands client needs; proactive and accurate; works on own initiative.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
