Description

Our client seeks an experienced and highly motivated individual to support overall business strategy for a Technology Programme to transform application suite.  He/she will gather and understand business needs of change initiatives; document and map 'As Is' and 'To Be' operational processes including interviewing SMEs, conducting workshops and gaining approvals for processes and new enduring processes; ensuring Business Requirements fully developed and documented such as functional, non-functional and reporting requirements; ensuring Business Requirements analysed fully including reviewing current processes and data sources; acting as central control point for business analysis activities including working with third-party suppliers, technical teams an internal stakeholders; supporting definition of operational processes; producing workarounds where requirements cannot be met fully.

Candidate will be Graduate/have Business Degree with at least 3 years' experience in Business Analyst role; working experience of project and analysis techniques and
supporting tools for requirement definition and documentation; excellent interpersonal, interviewing and presentation skills; ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team; significant knowledge of analyst frameworks, business processes and business requirements methodologies; excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; proven ability to build relationships with clients; desirably have a Project Qualification, legal firm experience and good mix of project experience.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
