Description

Great role opportunity to lead business and process requirement groups to understand needs of Group; complete requirement and process analysis to identify and suggest possible areas for strategic and operational improvements and changes; document and develop business cases, including the cost benefit analysis to gain agreement from the Change Committee / Senior Management for the recommendations; produce and maintain high quality requirement and process documentation to help capture and support the agreed areas of change; work with key project stakeholders to help communicate and formulate the vision and requirements for the project; support project implementation, including planning and monitoring and issue resolution.

Candidate will have A Levels/IB/BTEC; PRINCE2 qualification; Business Analysis experience; working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 essential; excellent attention to detail; technical writing skills; excellent knowledge of Business Modelling techniques; good influencing and negotiation skills; ability to think laterally and problem solve; ability to meet deadlines; ‘can do’ attitude; initiative; self-starter; motivation; strong commitment to providing an excellent service; proactive; dedicated to continued improvement of service and innovation.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
