Description

Key operational role that supports the new business strategy, working with senior members of client services teams, new clients and intermediaries; deals with flow of new business enquiries and production of proposals on a prompt basis when enquiries are received; review of new business files; maintain operational and strategic business systems; help assess due diligence requirements for onboarding new client relationships; ensure smooth transfer of new business to company secretarial/administrative staff; maintenance of close working relationships; production of reports from time to time for the board of directors; provide the boards with overall management support; maintain data regarding business development efforts and introducers.

Candidate will ideally be ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified with Jersey financial services experience; communication and organisation skills; ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; keen attention to detail; good understanding of local fiduciary and fund regulations and laws, as well as some knowledge of such frameworks in other similar offshore jurisdictions such as UK, British Virgin Islands, Cayman, Hong Kong, Singapore and Bahamas; common sense and good use of initiative; conscientious, positive outlook and cooperative.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
