Our client has implemented a variety of market leading enhancements to the way that they work, the services they provide and the environment in which they do it. They recognise that change will continue to be a key necessity within the business so are seeking a Change Manager who can competently manage global change, designing, implementing and administrating the infrastructure to embed employee adoption of change initiatives, maximising investment. The ideal candidate would be organised and able to influence, who is a completer/finisher with a proven track record of creating and implementing change plans. Someone who has a solid understanding of 'the people side of change'. He/she needs to be an excellent communicator with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences in order to influence stakeholders across the business.
5 years continuous residency in Jersey is essential for this role.
