Description

Our client seeks the right person to administer a portfolio of structures in compliance with policies and procedures, as well as local legal and regulatory requirement, the diversity and complexity of which will be dependent on experience and knowledge.  Postholder will ensure that clients are dealt with in a professional manner; identify and raise technical issues and potential problems with Line Manager; undertake a variety of banking, investment and financial transactions; ensure new client business allocated is thoroughly researched and that the client’s requirements are understood; meet productivity target and input timesheet daily; control debtors to the level determined by Line Manager and minimize credit notes issued; meet CPD target; record time accurately and within deadline.

Postholder must be category C employee with at least 18 month’s experience in Trust/Corporate industry; studying towards JFSC defined Table 5 qualification; expert in MS Office packages; able to interpret instructions accurately and follow defined processes;  ensure high standard of client delivery; understand and apply control and risk and governance frameworks consistently; supportive team member; strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
