Client Documentation Officer

Our client is seeking a Client Documentation Officer to act as first point of contact in respect of on-boarding new business, interacting with clients and Investors, On-Boarding Managers & Client Development. The role holder is responsible for ensuring all KYC and Due Diligence requirements are adhered to, in line with local regulations, internal processes and procedures. In addition, co-ordinate the account closure process and monitor activity reporting back to the relevant Compliance representative. Provide AML statistics, Risk Assessments, Profiles and periodic reviews for CDD files for presentation and acceptance at the appropriate governance meetings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years due diligence experience, holds or be working towards a professional qualification in Compliance and an awareness of FATCA & AEOI.
5 years continuous residency in Jersey is essential for this role.
