Client Relationship Manager - Private Equity and Private Debt

The purpose of this position is to administer a varied portfolio of Private Equity Fund structures and act as first point of contact incorporating client compliance requirements and regulatory requirements. Duties involve coordinating legal, tax and other professional advice; coordinating co sec matters, including convening Board meetings, production of Board packs, attendance and preparation of minutes; ensuring preparation, review, distribution and filing of periodic financial statements; acting as higher authority on day-to-day queries and as “B” level 4-eyes signatory on admin matters, ensuring company policy and professional and regulatory guidelines adhered to and professional quality service provided to clients and outside contacts; assisting with billing information for clients including analysis of time spent and management of aged debtors; supervising and assisting in staff training and development; managing performance development process for all direct reports.
The candidate should hold a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent) and have 4 - 6 years’ financial services experience; sound technical financial services knowledge; computer literacy, word processing and spreadsheet skills are essential; people management experience; evidence of full responsibility for a client relationship or a significant part of a major client relationship; quick to learn new systems; great with people. Training will be provided.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
