Client Relationship Manager

Purpose of role is to help administer limited portfolio of fund structures and act as first point of contact. Duties involve coordinating legal and tax advice; attending and minuting client board and shareholder meetings; developing and maintaining Operational Procedures Manuals and ISAE checklist templates for client relationships; ensure preparation, review and filing of periodic financial statements in accordance with regulatory guidelines; act as B level 4 eyes signatory on admin matters and ensure that regulatory guidelines and company policy adhered to; ensure professional and high quality service provided to clients; assist with client billing information including monitoring aged debtors and analysing time spent on client matters; assist in training and developing staff; taking part in staff appraisal process.
Requirements are at least 5 years similar fund industry experience; ideally some people management experience; sound IT skills and technical knowledge essential; evidence of managing small client relationship/part of major client relationship; ability to act as B signatory; quick to learn new systems and great with people. Training will be provided.
