Our client seeks the ideal person to join a small team, working in the office and showroom. Role will be varied and hands in and an interest in the products would be a plus but is not imperative. He/she will receive training on in-house software; book appointments, produce accurate quotes; supplier management; take orders/deposits; deal with pricing; deal with client queries on phone and in showroom; some sales involved which will be soft sales; deal with mid to high end clients.
Successful candidate needs to have strong administrative skills and client service skills and be experienced; able to work on initiative and independently with minimum supervision. There is potential for the role to develop into more office manager/other depending on skillset. May suit an individual coming out of Finance who wants a change of career.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required. Flexible working hours could be considered.
