Exciting role providing administration support to team for administration of diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients, ensuring client relationships and transactions are conducted effectively and to a high standard; ensure client expectations are properly managed; assist with effective administration of workload to include timely and accurate processing of work, effective prioritisation, meeting transactional, statutory and internal procedural deadlines and managing work in progress and debt collection.
Candidate will have strong academic background and be STEP/ICSA at least Foundation qualified/working towards; at least 2 years corporate administration experience would be ideal; good working knowledge of MS desktop software; knowledge of Viewpoint/Navision) Document Management Systems (Worksite) an advantage; initiative, proactive, accurate and well-organised; excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential; ability to build relationships; self-motivated and career driven; team player.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
