Role is to administer a portfolio of varied trust and companies, handle client requests and queries and adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.  Postholder will communicate with clients; ensure all client, trust and company records including Viewpoint are maintained and accurate; prepare CoSec forms/minutes; review accounts, clear any queries raised and ensure accuracy prior to signing; check receipts and prepare payments in line with procedures; liaise with investment advisors and prepare investment transactions including their settlement; complete mandates and appointments; review and actions and minute independent investment reviews; liaise with tax advisors and ensure tax advice up to date; action property transactions and property management matters; review and monitor credit facilities (loans and guarantees); review invoices and work in process, arrange settlement of invoices and chase debtors; address and clear statutory review action points; attend client meetings; prepare minutes and file notes; communicate with agents/tenants; establish and terminate trusts and companies; ensure Viewpoint database up to date and accurate.

Candidate will have at least 2 years experience in trust and company administration and hold/be working towards a Table 5 qualification such as STEP/ICSA; working knowledge of Viewpoint or other similar administration systems and Microsoft Office; team player, reliable and a motivated self-starter with drive and initiative; ability and initiative to multi-task; excellent attention to detail; able to meet challenging deadlines; strong interpersonal and communication relationship skills.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
