Compliance Monitoring Administrator

Great role opportunity to carry out compliance monitoring programme for client entities and manage outstanding action points for both Compliance and Funds to closure; present findings in clear and concise manner to allow Compliance Officer/administrator to action; monitor close out of findings as presented and report on outstanding points; assist employees with queries that may raise on compliance or CDD issues; develop strong working relationships; ensure compliance with procedures; monitor performance against personal and developmental targets.
Candidate will be methodical with excellent attention to detail; self-motivated, adaptable and flexible; good organisational skills and able to organise time; team player; strong communicator; at least 2 years financial services industry experience; ICA Certificate in Compliance/AML/willing to study; high competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; awareness of fund and business management tools/platforms; ability to use, interpret and place reliance on web information relating to clients, structures and legislative requirements.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
