Description

The role consists of completing controls testing and compliance monitoring plan for TCB and FSB regulated companies; assessing control effectiveness and monitoring compliance with regulatory and legal framework as well as internal policies and procedures; making, or assisting with, appropriate recommendations where findings have been identified within the testing; ensuring accurate and timely board reporting and assisting with tracking of findings; assisting with development and design of test plans or adjustments to existing test plans; could include assisting with Enterprise Risk Management framework and collection/reporting of KRIs.

Requirements are controls testing experience (or strong understanding) – identifying and testing controls; ability to juggle priorities; strong communication, numeracy and IT skills; understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements for TCB and FSB; strong academic background and relevant qualifications or desire to study.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
