Contract Senior Fund Accountant

Great role opportunity to identify any key areas of weaknesses in controls and inefficiency in processes; propose improvements to all key processes that allow processes to meet and/or exceed industry standards; consider regulatory requirements alongside any suggested improvements; liaise with key stakeholder on findings and proposed improvements; once discussed and agreed with key stakeholders, implement and document improvements to processes.
Candidate must be a good team player; strong communication and organisational skills; attention to detail and accuracy; ability to prioritise and meet deadlines – time management skills; self-motivating and able to work accurately at speed; at least 5 years’ experience within a similar role; ACA/ACCA qualifed/similar; background in finance industry is desirable.
