Corporate Services/Funds Manager

Exciting role overseeing and developing Corporate client relationships and managing service delivery needs, and developing new relationships. Postholder will ensure SLAs and KPIs met/exceeded; help with client debt; implement annual fee increases; ensure team has appropriate level of technical expertise; promote services to clients and identify sales opportunities; ensure improvement of service delivery; take part in relevant initiatives and projects; ensure operational capacity matches demand; deal with SLA issues; make decisions on fee, debt and service disputes; help manage recruitment, illness and performance appraisal; manage CPD programme; ensure scale and cost optimisation; resource management and new hires; work with audit, stakeholders, suppliers and compliance to maintain controls; act as Director and A signatory when required.
Candidate will have at least 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years at Assistant Manager or Manager level; ideally JFSC Table 5 qualification and degree/equivalent; strong communication, management and leadership skills; customer service oriented with a passion for consistently exceeding client expectation; keen eye for detail and ability to see and implement changes to process to improve service delivery to clients and improve profitability; sound knowledge of software packages such as MS Office; sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
