Credit Risk Data Analyst

Great role opportunity providing MI information/reporting relating to credit portfolio including to external auditors and Regulatory reporting such as undrawns, large exposures, general debt provision calculation, stress testing and ICAAP; annual reviews, revaluations; design and document dashboards and alerts; interpret business requirements and determine optimum solution; monitor exposures/security of Credit Portfolio via exception reporting to identify breaches and take action; act as Secretary to Credit Committee for meetings; provide technical assistance in projects that impact credit risk; attend project/committee meetings to understand project requirements from a Credit Risk perspective; create reports to comply with Credit Risk deliverables including gathering data from various sources/systems, creating reports/templates; provide analysis for requests using different data formats and from various platforms; develop demand forecasts such as stress testing models; identify and provide input to new technology opportunities applicable to risk management systems; oversee data quality reporting and coordinate document update; establish tracking process of data quality issues; analyse and resolve RDARR related issues; perform testing of defects; analysis and update of SLAs upon business requests and coordinate new SLAs for new data feeds;define and implement standards on which risk metrics compiled; coordinate risk data requirements with other data initiatives.
Degree in Finance & Accounting required as well as MS Certifications in Data Management and Analytics to develop expertise in Business Intelligence solutions; 3-4 years credit risk management and financial management accounting experience; 1-2 years IT Analysis and Design and Project Management experience; skilled in risk management, risk awareness, risk reporting, statistical and mathematical analysis, data management, and evaluation of risk management effectiveness.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey as required.
