Customer Care Executive

Our client seeks a conscientious individual to perform a key role and join a busy team in a fast growing, friendly office. He/she will monitor supplier’s deliveries; organise client installations, working with Installation Manager to ensure completed in timely fashion; process client’s invoices; monitor of supplier’s invoices; make diary bookings; respond to customer queries; deal with delivery options; provide after sales care.
The successful candidate needs to be: highly organised with great admin and IT skills; able to prioritise workload and work under pressure; customer facing service experience; effective communicator; accurate with great problem-solving skills; team player with positive attitude. Necessary product training would be given.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
