Our client seeks an English and Italian speaking candidate to provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with Order/Backorder Status, shipping information and tracking, product features and fit, product availability, competition comparisons; researching and resolving customer complaints regarding shipping, invoicing and manufacturing errors, product features and return merchandise requests; data entry customer orders; issuing return authorisations according to company policy for damaged goods and shipping errors; daily administration including filing all faxed orders daily; general office duties; Business Systems and Processes and Operations; maintain good working relationships with customers. 

Candidate should have 2+ years’ experience of customer services, and general office experience; retail experience and interest in dance an advantage; strong computer proficiency; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; well organised; strong time management; able to solve problems and resolve conflict; accurate in all aspects of order processing with high levels of attention to detail; resilient. 

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
