Exciting role developing digital marketing capability to drive online and in-store sales and communicate membership and governance initiatives; working to drive utilisation of Online Marketing; updating and maintaining digital estate including Corporate website, Online and Members Portal; support Marketing team with development of social media channel content strategy and utilising digital marketing tools; maintenance and functionality of digital content management systems; ensuring best-possible user-experience for customer-facing aspects of digital channels; conducting business process analysis; reporting on insight analysis; contribution to system design; contribution to UX design and testing and implementation; supporting market research activities.

Requirements are excellent presentation, market research, communication and relationship skills; creative problem solving; excellent technical knowledge of digital technologies and tools; hands-on experience using relevant software; good understanding of information architecture, UX principles and Search Engine Optimisation; knowledge and experience in meeting Web Standards; understanding of data analysis and insight methods; self motivated; team player; experience in website and web application management; content management system; business/systems analysis experience; online application developments.

Can be based in Jersey or Guernsey.
