Purpose of role is to provide clerical and administrative support to the finance function. Duties involve preparing and inputting daily banking records for a wide range of accounts in different currencies; processing payment requests to ensure a swift and accurate service to our key business suppliers; maintaining records and inputting of petty cash withdrawals and receipts; assisting with database administration and internal billing queries; recording and processing credit card payments; preparation and distribution of internal reports.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record (either school leaver or graduate) with at least 1-2 years office experience. He/she will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be interested in undertaking a relevant professional qualification.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
