Fund Dealing Services Manager

Role purpose is management and actioning of client queries with specific focus on investigating and resolving dealing challenges, understanding current challenges and implement solutions, and reviewing service and identifying ways of enhancing service delivery and efficiency. Postholder will support team and act as escalation point for clients; develop positive working relationships and building network of contacts; immediate escalation of issues of potential financial/reputational risk; involved with regular risk assessments of operational procedures to identify opportunities to enhance controls and reduce operational risk; monitor service levels of providers; actively support sales and on-boarding process; identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs; encourage team and individual innovation; support projects; ensure HR policies observed.
Requirements are strong client focus skills; creativity and innovation; risk management ability; strong communication and organisational skills; hold/working towards CISI Unit 2 would be beneficial; IT literacy across a variety of applications; knowledge of Fund processing; thorough understanding of features of different types of relevant Collective Investment Funds; ability to understand complex fund documentation; good understanding of compliance and regulatory environment.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
