Fund Operations Support Manager/Senior Manager

Great opportunity to provide ongoing operational support managing operations of a wide range of initiatives relating to project delivery, collation of data, preparation and presentation of management information to support Private Equity teams during periods of growth. Postholder will coordinate the delivery of business projects impacting the client-facing teams, training teams and tracking performance against deadlines; understand billing cycle for teams and support with effectiveness and turnaround times through design of processes, together with ongoing analysis and reporting; understand regulatory and legislation impacting business and private equity structures to ensure tasks and deliverables managed in accordance with deadlines; design and present dashboards on the performance against identified initiatives to the private equity senior leadership team; support in the collation of feedback on existing processes, operations and systems, identifying next steps and coordinating the follow-up within the business; identify improvements and efficiencies that could apply across the teams; undertake trend analysis and develop solutions and roll out accordingly; be the first point of contact for the support teams; act as a liaison between the operational leads and jurisdictional heads of product and the support teams.
Candidate will ideally have Table 4 JFSC qualification; excellent numeracy skills; awareness of business best practice; experience working with different IT systems and demonstrable experience learning new systems; strong advocate of change; understanding of the regulatory framework would be an advantage; accuracy and attention to detail; proven ability to quickly learn new information, processes and procedures; proven ability to meet deadlines and proactively identify and deal with problems; strong internal and external communication and excellent interpersonal skills, together with the ability to develop good working relationships; proactive approach; self-starter with the ability to work independently on concurrent initiatives; proven ability to develop and maintain trackers; knowledge of ISAE3402 an advantage; training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and professional qualifications to enhance professional development, provided; must be quick to learn new systems and great with people.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
