Funds Administration Support

This is an exciting opportunity with room for development and exposure to different areas, working in a small team to analyse Funds documentation, regulations and procedures; process agreements; handle e-filing of documents; be key contact; participate in certain board meetings, drafting and keeping minutes of decisions; dealing with payments and invoices.
Candidate must have 3-5 years Fund Admin experience; knowledge of cosec system (especially Viewpoint) an advantage; able to work independently; good team player; able to multitask; well organised and good time management; demonstrable attention to detail; ICSA qualification (preferred but not essential); MS Office proficiency; numeracy skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
