Group Information Security Officer – London or Jersey

Postholder will oversee information and systems strategy which involves communicating risk to senior management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. He/she will create, review and update Cyber Security Policies and Group Acceptable Use Policy; responsible for third parties involved in Cyber Security services provided; respond to and engage with customers in relation to their Cyber Due Diligence questionnaires; manage incidents involving possible information security breaches; delivery and all Cyber Training rolled out to the global employees; business continuity processes and facilities supporting the resumption of business services in the event of a incident; design, procurement and deployment of security-related products and awareness programmes.
Candidate will have Computer Science Degree (or related); desirably hold/working towards Certified Information Systems Security Professional/equivalent; at least 4 years experience in information security and cyber security; understanding of IT concepts and processes; experience working with outsourced third parties, Information Security Management platforms, systems engineering concepts, firewalls and AI based security monitoring systems and SIEM systems; requirements management, organisation, technical writing, problem solving, analysing and communication skills; understand impact of data issues on business processes and support resolution; team player; ‘Can do’ attitude; motivation; strong commitment to client service excellence; proactive and disciplined approach to work; results driven.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
