Description

Our client seeks a "people person" who can stay calm under pressure to lead the Jersey Quality Desk that supports front office in UK and Jersey.  Duties will including Line Management responsibility for a team of 2; supporting Client Advisors in UK & Jersey; processing client orders including securities and FX; ensuring that administrative arrangements and client- related processes are completed accurately; carrying out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting; having multiple stakeholder management responsibility and keep in contact with internal clients; helping team provide clients with the full range of WM transactions and administrative support; ensuring clients receive the excellent service expected.

Candidate will be team player; a motivated individual; able to work under pressure; qualified IAD (IMC) level 4 or above.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
