Exciting strategic role working to identify opportunities to increase operational effectiveness in support of strategy and managing operational change programme by leading Projects and Programme Delivery team. Postholder will collaborate to scope, define and deliver committee outputs to deliver global strategy; be committed to continuous improvement of operational systems and business processes; take part in shaping next strategic planning cycle and formulate programme of operational change; ensure team is high quality and proactive; maintain standard project management methodology and business change process covering initiation, analysis, approval, testing and implementation as part of both a project delivery methodology and completion of non-project initiatives; develop collaborative working with internal and external resources.
Candidate will have excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills; strong understanding of human side of change management; demonstrable capability to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional projects through to successful completion; attention to detail; strong relationship builder at all levels; educated to degree or equivalent; significant knowledge gained through experience in a similar work environment; hold recognised Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2; at least 10 years' experience delivering project management, business analysis and business change in legal and/or financial services; experience and knowledge of systems and business processes specific to legal and/or financial services.
Role to be based in Jersey or Guernsey.
