Description

This role oversees production of new and existing client business and ensures client regulated and unregulated structures remain compliant with legal/ regulatory requirements and funds accounting and admin in line with SLAs and terms and help develop these; monitor risk framework and manage commercial draft; provide direct client engagement; ensure checklists and workflows implemented; ensure fees and billing in line with client tariffs, accurate and processed promptly; review profitability, costs and allocation of resources; ensure target operating model and IT model optimised and operational risk considered; consider how operational services can meet clients' current and developing requirements; help set commercial tariffs; integrate private capital initiatives into network; motivate, train and develop staff, set objectives and take part in recruitment, onboarding, induction and probation and performance management.

Candidate will be ACCA/CA qualified with at least 5 years management experience in private equity real estate funds; excellent working knowledge of offshore funds and Jersey Funds Codes; good leader and team player; able to develop others; results driven; excellent management, accounting communication and team building skills; extensive practical experience of Private Equity, Debt, Infrastructure and Real Estate; good understanding of IFRS/UK/US and other GAAP, valuation and accounting disclosure for complex financial instruments; detailed knowledge of GP/LP feeder Funds; knowledge of valuation of complex financial instruments and understanding of economics; thorough knowledge of FIA/MFFA and to deliver client requirements in risk managed way; familiar with PE Services controls and procedures; knowledge of IPEV, BVCA, ILPA; able to design operational models and strategic plans.
