Postholder will act as business partner across UK and CI and primary contact for the HR topics.  He/she will liaise with HR Headquarters (in Luxembourg); act as main point of contact for all grievances and HR policies; work closely with HR Shares Services, Payroll and Talent Acquisition; support Learning & Development initiatives such as study our study scheme for current employees; liaise with the payroll providers to generate the wages payment correctly in due time; liaise with local authorities as appropriate; oversee implementation of local and global HR policies; work closely with local management to provide guidance and advice on best practice; support Business Projects like M&As from an HR perspective; administrative day-to-day tasks and maintenance of the HR database as well as personnel files.

Successful candidate will have minimum 5-10 years working experience in Human Resources; studying or have attained a recognised professional qualification, such as CIPD; previous experience in the Financial Services sector will be considered as an asset; ability/willingness to travel; ability to work under pressure and meet a range of deadlines; process oriented; strong Excel and Word skills; high integrity and ethics; ambitious with a high level of energy and commitment. 

Licence could be considered for the right person. Role to start from late January 2020.
