Exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR professional to deliver client focused HR service, dealing with generalist areas such as employee relations, recruitment and data interpretation and analysis as well as providing advice and developing strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as key HR contact.  He/she will coordinate employee engagement surveys, highlight potential issues and find solutions; monitor and analyse management information relating to attrition, reward, resourcing and performance; support onboarding and drive HR projects and initiatives; help develop strategic processes around promotions, succession planning and diversity; ensure awareness of high potential individuals and critical positions. 

Candidate must have degree/equivalent and be CIPD qualified (Graduate or Member status); at least 3 years relevant HR generalist experience; experience of advising managers on employee relations matters such as discipline, grievance, performance management, sickness, absence and recruitment; experience with HR systems; customer service focused; strong relationship and communication skills; solid commercial acumen; proactive problem solver.  Desirably the candidate will have experience working in global HR team and in legal/partnership environment.
