This role offers the opportunity to combine knowledge of administration with passion for providing excellent customer service, whilst building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and delivering best business solutions to clients, ensuring their accounts and requests are processed and maintained to the highest level of accuracy and timeliness; new business onboarding, client portfolio updates and maintenance, ensuring data and client records are up to date and accurate; ensuring regulatory policies and procedures are complied with at all times; daily and monthly reconciliations including bank reconciliations; handling client queries; reviewing and processing of quarterly and annual reporting; processing regular withdrawals and monthly fee payments; ensuring daily & monthly tasks are completed in a timely manner; updating CRM with activities; diary notes; important information; changes to client data.

The successful candidate will hold/be studying/willing to study towards a relevant qualification; two to four year's finance industry experience; sound knowledge of regulatory requirements; AML and financial crime awareness; sound knowledge of custody processes and requirements; knowledge of investment, trust and fiduciary services; meticulous attention to detail and ability to edit own work to a high standard; knowledge of MS Office Suite; flair for technology; desire to learn new skills and develop; flexible; excellent organisational, communication and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure towards deadlines.

Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
